Magazine Ad Specifications

1. Please send digital file materials.

   Programs accepted: Quark Xpress, InDesign, PageMaker or PDF.  Please include all supporting fonts and images when sending final files.

   • A PDF should be created for hi-resolution output with all fonts and images embedded within the file. 
   • Graphics: For artwork, use .eps or .tiff formats with high resolution—(minimum 300 dpi for photos and 600 dpi for linework). 
   • All images and artwork should be saved as CMYK.

   To upload files you need to use an FTP program:

   Suggested programs: WS_FTP for windows, or Transmit for OSX.  Uploads should be placed into the “etc” folder.

   Ad Sizes: Magazine Trim size is 8.375” x 10.75” or 212.725 mm x 279.4 mm

   Bleed size:	8.625 x 11" (218 mm x 279 mm)
   Double Page Spread Ad Rates:
   Live area :	16.25 x 10.25" (418 mm x 260 mm)
   Trim size:	17.25” (425.45mm) wide x 10.75” (279.4 mm) deep or high
   Bleed size:	17.5 x 11" (436 mm x 281.4 mm)
